Lake Dallas RV Park has 30 monthly spots that are currently full. With a waiting list of over 40 people, the current estimated wait time is over a year.

Lake Dallas RV Park Rates

2025’s monthly rate for a standard site is $850+ electricity and $150 deposit

You can stay long term in a weekly but must pay the Weekly Rate 

Weekly Rates in the front of the park

$300 a week full hook up all bills paid

Weekly Rates in the back of the park

$275 a week full hook up all bills paid. Note The back has a gravel road and construction is still ongoing adding more sites.

Rates for Dry storage is $10 a day no Utilities. Gravel parking only. 

Front of the park has 30 monthly Pads and 15 daily/weekly Pads

Back of the park, will have about 45 Pads currently about 20 open with full hook up and four with no sewer these are all daily weekly while construction is going on.

2 Clubhouses: 

Front Clubhouse is the Rock Building next to office - it has 3 full bathrooms with showers and 1 ADA bathroom with roll in shower, five washers / five dryers coin operated with a TV and Sitting Area

Back Clubhouse is on the back porch of Grey House it has three full bathrooms. One is a tub. It has five washers and dryers coin operated and a TV and Sitting Area.

Hiking Trails to Lake Lewisville.  I have three dirt trails from the back of the park to the first creek. Creek is usually dry unless it’s raining or recently rained. My trail merges into one you cross over the first creek cross over the second creek wind up the hill to tie into the Willow Park Core trail about 1/4 Mile. There’s a stone overlook at the lake with Signs to look for different types of birds trees, animals. The Willow Park trail is crushed Granite. It goes alongside the edge of the lake to Willow Grove Park and the marina and airport round-trip is about 2 miles.

Playground is a City Park - access is across from Cabin on the other side of Main St with Playground Jungle Gym Swings Basketball Court Pickle Ball Court and Gaga Ball Court 

Store - Snacks, Drinks, Camping Supplies, Ice, Firewood and Quarters for Laundry

RV Driving Directions coming from the North

Towing or Driving a RV from Denton go south on I-35E exit Lake Dallas Dr., #457 turn left at the light under interstate onto S. Lake Dallas Drive go to **second** stop sign turn right onto Main. Please Do Not Take Carlisle with a RV Due to Low Branches. There’ll be a Valero Allsup’s gas station and a Sonic Follow Main 1.1 miles to 661 Main St. Lake Dallas TX. 75065 I have two entrances off of Main Street on the left just past Lakewood Dr.
